My mother is looking to move to Flagstaff, Arizona VERY SOON and is looking for a place to board her two horses. She is a long time horse owner and wants a good place for them to stay while she gets settled. Is there anyone here who knows of a boarding opportunity in or near Flagstaff?

Details: Two mature, trained male Paso Finos. One is trained in dressage, the other in driving. My mother is willing to do daily night chores if living off-site and will swap chore schedules for vacations. Storage areas for a 3-horse trailer, a buggy and an antique sleigh would be icing on the cake!

Neither of us knows anyone in Flagstaff so any contacts or leads would be appreciated.

Here’s guessing the sleigh will be seeing plenty storage time in AZ...

Best wishes to your mom and the horses with the move and finding a new barn/stable

We have two rescue mustangs in the family now...horse logistics are definitely a thing

Umm, this is Flagstaff:

Kinja'd!!!

It’s at nearly 7000 feet, so it gets cold.

There’s a local ski resort: https://www.arizonasnowbowl.com/

Northern AZ + elevation. They even have a ski hill (Snowbowl)!

Thanks for the well wishes. I hope she can find something.
